The Lump Sum plan allows financially secured patrons to place their money into an arrangement that allows it to grow and utilize the interest. This yields an annual or monthly disbursement to the Pay It Forward through a tax advantaged process. Payments are distributed to the University for generations to come.
This patron has a passion to support their university but may not have the means to give in a lump sum process. They can make periodic payments over time at a tax-free advantage through an interest bearing vehicle.
We utilize a process called "0 is your hero." This process allows the patron and the university to ensure there are no loss of proceeds. The benefit in using this kind of plan is too ensure that the university never runs out of proceeds.
The End of Life plan ensures that alumni utilize grassroots processes so that each alumnus is positioned to leave a patron benefit to their Alma Mater.
